Lisa K. Bailey
Lisa K. Bailey, born and raised in Knoxville, began working with the firm in 2015 as a Law Clerk while attending Lincoln Memorial’s Duncan School of Law. After receiving her law degree in 2016, she became a Legal Assistant, and in 2018 she became an Associate Attorney with the firm. Lisa graduated from the University of Tennessee in 2012 with a Bachelor of University Studies.
Ms. Bailey’s professional experience includes a variety of positions, most notably as a national support and sales manager for a multinational photocopier and information systems company. In this role, she coached distributors throughout the U.S. on their business plans, staffing and information technology, and served as an on-site troubleshooter in all of these areas.
After her husband, the late Dennis Klouda, died in 2007, his death precipitated Lisa’s pursuit of a legal career. She now provides services in the areas of estate planning, estate administration and conservatorships. She enjoys helping clients plan for efficient and effective transfer and disposition of assets to others, and to assist clients with administration of the estate when the time comes.
Lisa homeschooled her four children: Elisabeth (a neurology resident at Medical College of Georgia), Victoria (a student at UT-Knoxville), Christina (a student at the University of the Cumberlands) and Josiah (a Student at John A. Gupton College in Nashville, TN).
