ACTEC (the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel) is an invitation-only association of the most skilled and experienced lawyers in estate planning and administration of trusts and estates.  Both Victoria and Anne are fellows of this prestigious group — and we are the only small firm in the Knoxville area boasting two ACTEC Fellows.
